Wyoming County stretches opioid settlement funding to ‘reach as many residents as possible’

Counties throughout Pennsylvania are searching for ways to spend millions in settlement dollars designed to combat the opioid epidemic. In Wyoming County, officials are trying to stretch their funds and target as many county residents as possible.
