Broome County residents are encouraged to bring back any unwanted, unused, or expired prescription drugs on Saturday, October 29th.
The Broome County Health Department along with the over 20 other locations throughout Broome County will be open for drug take backs from 10am until 2pm.
The Broome County Health Department will also be showcasing a new drop box for safe disposal of syringes and sharps as well as giving out deterra drug disposal bags which allow people to safely dispose of prescriptions at home.
