Secure Prescription Medication Before Family Visit

NEW PHILADELPHIA, Ohio

The Tuscarawas County Anti-Drug Coalition is reminding residents to get rid unused medication or put them away to prevent drug misuse.

With holiday gatherings take place, those with prescription medication are asked to take a few moments and ensure any unwanted pills are disposed of properly.

Coordinator for the Coalition Jodi Salvo says the need is to prevent visitors, adults and children, from gaining access to the prescription.
