Position Overview:

Verde Technologies is seeking a hands-on, energetic, and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team. You’ll play a critical role in helping to strategize and implement marketing, branding, and advertising plans for the Deterra brand of products.  This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who wants to work independently as well as with a talented team, to help continue on a path of positive growth.



  • Markets Deterra by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns.
  • Tracks engagement data, maintains promotional materials inventory, plans meetings and online events, maintains databases, and prepares reports.
  • Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing key metrics; executes marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives including planning and organizing presentations and updating calendars.
  • Manages and makes routine updates to print collateral.
  • Supports marketing reporting by collecting, analyzing and summarizing performance and sales data.
  • Validates, researches and maintains industry statistics including internal validation process.
  • Stays current on market, competition and trends applying them to strategies when applicable.
  • Leads weekly internal marketing communications to the organization.

Education, Experience and Knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing marketing sponsored events, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Pardot preferred.
