Community Solutions Consultant – Northeast

Position Overview:

Verde Technologies is seeking a hands-on, energetic and experienced Community Solutions Consultant to join our team.  This position is responsible for driving strategic sales plans based on organizational objectives to increase product utilization and sales growth.


  • Meet and exceed access and pull-through goals for various account types including county and local government, regional health systems and healthcare plans, VA/DOD, Public Health Agencies, Police Departments, Fire Departments, EMT/Ambulance Companies and other similar and/or large strategic accounts.
  • Establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential referral sources to ensure steady stream of referrals;
  • Increase utilization of Deterra through effective communication and adherence to a sequential process which includes preparation of client-specific presentations and other data to respond to client needs and effectively gain access;
  • Determine and anticipate potential changes within the government and community health care marketplace and alert Verde Team Leadership so the appropriate steps can be initiated;
  • Identify and target decision-makers in busy government and community healthcare centers to influence vendor selection;
  • Collaborate with the marketing team regarding key developments, opportunities and requests from KOLs;

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or a related discipline
  • 8 – 10 years of sales experience (life science experience a plus)
  • Strong understanding of the hospital formulary process
  • Proven ability to prospect accounts, manage accounts, and close deals
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to perform successfully within a fast-paced, results-driven, dynamic and highly collaborative and changing work environment
  • A team player with proven ability to listen, extrapolate information and leverage resources to effectively provide solutions to meet customer/prospect needs.
