Police, Kiwanis to take back drugs

Police Chief Vince Morber registered Barberton to take part in the semi-annual U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration drug take-back day and pass out free Deterra bags.

Police Chief Vince Morber has registered Barberton to take part in the semi-annual U. S. Drug Enforcement Administration drug take-back day Saturday, April 27, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. During that time, police officers with help from members of Magic City Kiwanis, will be at the old FirstMerit parking lot, 480 W. Tuscarawas, for the collection. Those with medications to dispose of should drive in the Wooster Road entrance to the parking lot where an officer will meet your vehicle and receive the pills.
